Dr. Jonathan T. Pennington is currently Professor of New Testament Interpretation at Southern Seminary, and is also on the preaching staff at Sojourn East in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Pennington, holds a Ph.D. in New Testament Studies from the University of St. Andrews (Scotland). He has published a wide variety of books including, The Sermon on the Mount and Human Flourishing, Reading the Gospels Wisely, and Heaven and Earth In the Gospel of Matthew. He is also the host and co-producer of the YouTube show Cars, Coffee, Theology.
